Jennifer Lopez looks a little weary as she visits Panama children's hospital ahead of world tour

She may be juggling several careers and about to kick off her world tour, but Jennifer Lopez won’t let her busy schedule stop her from doing charity work.
The singer, actress and American Idol judge visited a children’s hospital in Panama City today – where she will kick off her Dance Again tour on Thursday.
The charitable star looked somewhat weary during her visit and it seems the rigorous rehearsals for her slew of concerts may have left her a little tired.

But the 42-year-old still listened intently as she was guided around the hospital and appeared very happy to be able to help those less fortunate.
She was seen talking to doctors after a ceremony at which she donated medical equipment to the centre as part of her Lopez Family Foundation’s ongoing charity work.
Jennifer looked stylish for her day out and was sporting a monochrome snakeskin blouse tucked into high-waisted white trousers, along with simple black pumps.
