Prior to her romance with the singer, the Project Runway judge previously said 'I do' to stylist Ric Pipino in 1997, before separating five years later.
She also dated Flavio Briatore, the managing director of Renault's Formula One team, in 2003 and went on to have first child Leni with him.

However, juxtaposing her doubts, she told German newspaper Bild am Sonntag that she 'really enjoyed' being married.
She added: 'I'm a dreamer. I loved our annual fairytale weddings that were our big family parties. But sadly, it somehow didn't work out.'
