Where DID her elbow go? Supermodel Natasha Poly appears to lose an arm to Photoshop on the cover of Vogue Russia

It seems Vogue China isn’t the only magazine to have recently misplaced its cover star's limbs.
The August cover of Vogue Russia features a perfectly flawless, but armless model Natasha Poly.
Seducing the camera with an over-the-shoulder glance, the 27-year-old oozes elegance with red lips, and long jewel-encrusted earrings, but she is missing a prominent appendage, her elbow, which should jut out somewhere between the V and the O of Vogue.

In what appears to be an overzealous Photoshop blunder, the magazine may have erased her right arm to leave an eye-catching negative space on the left hand side of the cover page - a simple way to counteract the prominent aubergine blob while the issue sits on magazine stands.
Vogue Russia has a history of Photoshopping its images to distracting proportions however.

Adam Levine of Maroon 5 and model girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna featured in the November 2011 issue of the magazine, and the media quickly picked up on the peculiar black and white photo.
Mr Levine’s torso appeared to have been completely carved out, with a big open space where his right ribs should have been.

Two months ago, Vogue China was also at the forefront of airbrushing accusations.
Swimwear model Doutzen Kroes had an entire leg erased on a June cover for Vogue China.
The Victoria's Secret angel told the New York Post on Friday: 'I just saw this. Maybe it’s two legs together? Maybe it’s the pose?
'I was like, "Oh my God." I think Photoshopping is OK until something like that happens. You don’t want to lose one of your limbs.'
